When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you provide — such as your name, email, phone number, venue/company, and message. Our machines process anonymous, aggregated usage and transaction data (for example dispense counts and payment status) for analytics and maintenance. Payments are handled by third-party providers (such as Razorpay); we do not store your card details.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiries and provide our products and services.
To operate, monitor, and improve our machines and the VeloranX OS dashboard.
To send you service updates and, where you have opted in, occasional business updates.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate (for example payment, hosting, and email providers), and where required by law.

Data retention & security

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, and apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it.
